The first thing we do is speak to you to understand what it is you do – things we can’t learn from a website or from sales collateral. Things like what your operating margins are, your preferable CAC, your goals through PPC campaigns, how much of your revenue is dependent on PPC, etc.

Personas
Based on the discussions we have and your inputs on ideal audience demographics, we will come up with personas to target. These are key for all non-Google platforms where good targeting means effective spending

Communication
Once we have our audience buckets, we will work with you to come up with the most effective copy. While brand direction and tone will come from you, we know what it takes to write the best copy for performance-driven campaigns

Account structure
After we have the earlier steps in place, we will come up with the best way to configure the account for maximum success. There are various permutations and combinations, from campaigns to keyword match types to ad types. We know which ones work for which types of KPIs – this is where we excel

What a typical onboarding process looks like

Audit
We get read-only access to your ad consoles, and then perform a thorough audit of your account across various parameters including (but not limited to) budgeting and bids; creatives and copy; audience targeting; keywords and match types

Recommendations
Based on our audit, we will come up with recommendations – what you should Start, Stop, Improve and Continue

Pilot
If all goes well, we move to the pilot stage. We typically ask for 3 to 4 months to show you how we can improve your account’s performance
