Understanding the brand
Understanding the brand is key for us to portray the brand in the right image. This entails you explaining what you do, why you do that, how do you do that, your origin story etc.. Once we have an idea of where you come from, what you are doing now and where you plan to get to, it would help us to decide on the branding and content strategy.
Branding
Branding refers to design that would be specific to your brand. This includes brand logo, brand colour palette, brand fonts, icons (if needed) and even design templates. Branding is imperative as it would familiarize your brand with your audience without saying much.
Content Strategy
Content strategy is where we put together all that we have learned about your brand and your brand values and decide on the brand image that we would be portraying on social media. Content strategy would be tailormade for your brand based on several components such as the platform’s algorithm, target audience, brand’s niche, content pillars, posting frequency and the social media goals for the brand.
Once the strategy for the brand’s social media is in place, then we begin to plan content for the upcoming days. A content calendar is curated for each month with the theme of the post decided. Then the copywriting, designing and content writing brings out the post.
